Black Pepper Beef

Marinate: a pinch of garlic, a pinch of black pepper powder, 1 tbsp rice wine (red wine), 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil

Main Ingredient: beef fillet and vegetable (mushroom or broccoli)

Cooking:

  1. Slice beef fillet into cubes and marinate it overnight (in the fridge).

2. Heat a clean wok until hot and add the oil. In with marinated beef and stir fry until brown.

3. In with vegetables stir fry until cooked.

4. Ready to serve with steamed rice, pasta or potato mash.
